Installation:
Download prAA72v2.zip to a temporary folder. Extract all files to a folder in your FS2000 or FS2002 Aircraft directory.FS2000 users will
use the aircraft.cfg file and Ed_AA722.air files as is. (from the original readme file)...If you're an FS2002 user, delete the file aircraft.cfg and rename Fs2002aircraft.cfg to aircraft.cfg. To use the smoke system, you must have the file smoke_rx.fx installed in your Fs2002/effects folder. If you don't see it there, download the file 727smoke.zip and extract the file smoke_rx.fx into your FS2002/effects folder.Just press "I" to activate/deactivate.Start Flightsimulator and select "American 727-200". Garys' Comments:
This is my second (and last) attempt to create a photoreal 727 in the
metal scheme of American Airlines. Using the hi-resolution format I think
I was able to produce better textures than my first attempt because they were not limited to 256K.I have made a couple of minor name changes to the
FS2002 aircraft.cfg file..I do not have FS2002 so I could not test these
changes but they should not affect the aircrafts' performance.
